A: We are operating in Los Angeles, California.
Q: How do we contact you?
A: Best way to communicate with us and request a gift is through DM via Facebook or Instagram. Soon, we will enable more communication channels.
Q: Payment methods?
A: We accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash. Working on to accept credit card payments in the future.
Q: Delivery method?
A: If the delivery is within Los Angeles, California area we deliver personally the gifts. For other states, we use the national mail service, although, not all types of gifts can be sent via this service.
Q: Do you send gifts outside of the United States?
A: Sadly, no.
Q: Do you receive request from outside the United States?
A: Yes, but to deliver only in the US territory. Also, payment in advance is required to accept the job.
Q: How much in advance can I request a customized gift?
A: Ideally, 2 weeks in advance. Emergency gifts with less than 24 hours to deliver will be assessed and depending on the complexity the job could be accepted or not.
